"Raumschiff Enterprise" The Cage

This is actually the pilot towards the series that will star William Shatner. Only within this version there's different Captain, Christopher Pike, and except for Mr. Spock, a completely different crew. Now it starts once the Enterprise receives what seems to become a distress message. However when they arrive at the planet in which the message was sent from, they uncover the supposed children were simply illusions produced through the occupants from the planet, with regards to taking a mate for that one genuine making it through human, and Captain Pike may be the lucky champion. While Captain Pike tries to handle the experiments and tests the aliens are performing on him, his crew attempts to try to save him. However the aliens' illusions are extremely effective and deceitful (in the beginning).
